We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals that have an interest in learning more about the Advisory and Private Placement Capital Raising industry. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the sales, marketing, and data functions within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

- Support senior sales professionals in the sales process including:

  • Roadshow travel logistics for both Sales Rep & clients
  • Develop investor profiles
  • Conference call dial-ins and reserving conference rooms
  • Print / Bind books

- Provide admin support:

  •  Run existing reports within CRM to help determine which investors have not had a "touch" in six months
  • Calendar maintenance
  • Pick up calls for senior marketers
  • Sales Rep Expenses

-  Scan / Distribute Trade Journals
-  Organizing business cards
-  Register & negotiate with industry conferences
-  Input relevant information from trade journals into CRM

  • Strong multi-tasking capability and ability to manage multiple sales reps
  • Independent thinker that can take initiative to solve a problem without significant direction
  • Attention to detail will be critical for success in this role
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Strong desire to gain further understanding of the Private Placement Capital Raising industry
  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals that have an interest in learning more about the Advisory and Private Placement Capital Raising industry. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the sales, marketing, and data functions within the financial services industry. 

Responsibilities

  • Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments
  • Work on due diligence to evaluate prospective fundraising opportunities
  • Prepare compelling fundraising materials
  • Daily client interaction with senior private equity firm executives 
  • Constant communication with the Distribution team to coordinate and track the fundraising process
  • Work through modeling/calculations to provide a quantitative view on opportunities
  • Perform due diligence and analysis on alternative investment products
  • Prepare in-depth internal due diligence reports
  • Maintain current knowledge and understanding of alternative investment industry trends
  • Organize and maintain due diligence filing systems, file correspondence and other due diligence related records

Skills

  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, and have the ability to write in a professional manner

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as SATUIT, would be beneficial to getting a leg-up 
  • Comfortable asking hard questions
  • Comfortable working with all levels of management

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Strong desire to gain further understanding of the Private Placement Capital Raising industry
  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum GPA requirement of 3.4
  • At least one year of financial experience/banking background preferred
